Welcome to AY’s Massage Therapy, where relaxation and rejuvenation converge. As a qualified and experienced Massage Therapist, I am dedicated to providing personalised and therapeutic massage sessions tailored to meet your individual needs. I also work as a physiotherapist assistant at a Neurological hospital.
Whether you seek relief from stress, tension, or specific muscular issues, each session is crafted to promote relaxation and support your overall health.

I have qualifications BSC (Hons) degree in sports development and diplomas in sports massage, swedish massage and indian head massage. I have experience with neurological massage including cerebral palsy and after stroke care.

I have a history of working with children and adults mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. I aim to use my skills to use massage to treat all conditions.

I spend my spare time with my family and try to keep active.
